1. Who we are

Tinctra (“we”, “us”) is operated by Saud Barudanović, sole proprietor, based in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Contact: support@tinctra.com.

2. What Tinctra is

Tinctra is a curated library of website design templates. You can preview templates, customize their palette, typography, and spacing, and export your customization as a text prompt for use with AI design tools. Free accounts access a subset of the library; paid subscriptions (“Pro”) access all of it.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Tinctra.

4. Payments and billing

Purchases are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle, who handles payment, applicable taxes, and billing support. Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually) until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.

5. What you may do with the output

Prompts you export and websites you generate from them are yours to use for any project, commercial or personal, without attribution. You may not: resell, redistribute, or republish the template library itself (the designs, bundles, or prompt templates) as a template collection or competing library; or systematically scrape or bulk-export the library.

6. Our content

The template designs, prompt templates, site content, and the Tinctra brand remain our intellectual property. Your subscription grants a license to use them as described in section 5, not ownership.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the service: no unauthorized access attempts, no interference with operation, no use that violates applicable law, and no sharing one account across a team (one account, one person).

8. Third-party tools

Exported prompts are designed for use with external AI tools. Those tools are governed by their own terms; we don’t control their output and make no guarantee that generated sites will match the preview exactly. The preview shows the aesthetic and your choices; the external tool’s output may vary in layout.

9. Disclaimer and liability

Tinctra is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email at least 14 days in advance. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
